How the night runs
Three hours with a clear structure
19:00 · Arrival
Come in, take a drink. No agenda: the point is that nobody walks into a full room alone.
19:35 · Welcome
Ten minutes. We introduce two or three new faces the rest of the room should know.
19:45 · Interview
Forty-five minutes with the guest, podcast format, open mic at the end. It's recorded and published as an episode.
20:30 · Conversation
A good ninety minutes of networking with no forced formats. Signs reading looking for a partner, for clients, for talent, as an excuse to walk up to someone.

The room size is fixed even when the venue holds more: the density of the room is the product. Once it sells out, new sign-ups join the waiting list and come in as seats free up.
