There's a reason to start this way. The public conversation about AI in business is told for companies that don't look like the ones here: 20% of European enterprises with ten or more employees used AI in 2025, according to Eurostat, and in Andorra 91% of businesses have five employees or fewer. What works in a team of two hundred says little about what works in a team of four. That's what we want to hear first-hand.
Chatham House rule: what's said can be used; who said it can't. Bring a real case, however small. Especially if it went wrong.
